Its LCD screens have been installed in 219 buildings of the 78 condominium projects managed by LPN, U Delight, Grand Unity Development and AP, and the number of buildings will rise to 300 in 2016. It expects the product line to generate about THB100 million in sales revenue in three years.

Mr Marut Arthakaivalvatee, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of VGI Global Media Public Company Limited, or VGI, Thailand’s leading provider of lifestyle media solutions, revealed the company’s opportunity to produce more revenue from the out-of-home (or “OOH”) segment by stepping up its campaign to market advertising media in the category of LCD screens for condominiums to tap the growing condominium presence, especially along the metro and skytrain routes.

VGI has signed a three-year exclusive contract with Mr Maytee Sripannak, Managing Director of Artista Media Limited Partnership, the installer of advertising LCD screens at the condominiums managed by LPN, U Delight, Grand Unity Development and AP. Under the contract, Artista Media will perform the installation of LCD screens in the lifts and lift halls at the LPN, U Delight, Grand Unity Development and AP’s RHYTHM AP condominium projects, and VGI will take charge of marketing the advertising media using those screens. 549 screens have been installed in 219 building of 78 condominiums, and sales packages have been offered to the customers who are interested in the products.

VGI has planned the next step - to introduce the products to other leading condominium developers and managers. Its goal is to increase the number of condominium buildings with its LCD screens to 300 by the end of 2016, and it expects to record about THB 100 million sales of the products in three years.

“This joint effort will allow us to have a stronger presence in the condominium segment.
